- APROBADA CONFORME A DOCUMENTOS ENVIADOS POR LA DIRECCIÓN DE PLANEACIÓN DE SECRETARIA DE SALUD DE TABASCO. EL ESTABLECIMIENTO SE DA DE BAJA PORQUE SE TIENE DAÑO ESTRUCTURAL EN LAS INSTALACIONES. DEJA DE FUNCIONAR DESDE EL PASADO 06/11/2019 POR LO CUAL LA BAJA PRESENTA UN RETRASO DE 4 AÑOS 10 MESES LO CUAL ES INCORRECTO GENERANDO CON ELLO INFORMACIÓN ERRÓNEA E IMPRECISA. NO DAN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA NORMATIVIDAD. ES IMPORTANTE SEÑALAR QUE NO HAY JUSTIFICACIÓN EN EL RETRASO DE LA SOLICITUD YA QUE ESTO AFECTA ENTRE OTROS LOS PROCESOS DE GENERACIÓN DE ESTADÍSTICAS CONFIABLES PARA EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN EN SALUD. DESDE 2020 SE HAN ENVIADO CORREOS Y OFICIOS PARA EXHORTAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL LINEAMIENTO CLUES CON EL FIN DE EVITAR ESTAS SITUACIONES.
