ESTABLECIMIENTO QUE PASA DE FUERA DE OPERACIÓN A EN OPERACIÓN A PARTIR DEL 01/07/2024, POR LO QUE EL CAMBIO DE ESTATUS PRESENTA UN RETRASO DE 3 MESES LO CUAL ES INCORRECTO GENERANDO CON ELLO INFORMACIÓN ERRÓNEA E IMPRECISA. NO DAN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA NORMATIVIDAD. ES IMPORTANTE SEÑALAR QUE NO HAY JUSTIFICACIÓN EN EL RETRASO DE LA SOLICITUD YA QUE ESTO AFECTA ENTRE OTROS LOS PROCESOS DE GENERACIÓN DE ESTADÍSTICAS CONFIABLES PARA EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN EN SALUD. DESDE 2020 SE HAN ENVIADO CORREOS Y OFICIOS PARA EXHORTAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL LINEAMIENTO CLUES CON EL FIN DE EVITAR ESTAS SITUACIONES.
