ESTABLECIMIENTO QUE DEJA DE OPERAR DESDE EL 01/07/2022 POR LO QUE LA BAJA ES REALIZADA CON RETRASO DE 2 AÑOS LO CUAL ES INCORRECTO GENERANDO CON ELLO INFORMACIÓN ERRÓNEA E INCORRECTA. NO DAN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA NORMATIVIDAD. ES IMPORTANTE SEÑALAR QUE NO HAY JUSTIFICACIÓN EN EL RETRASO DE LA SOLICITUD YA QUE ESTO AFECTA ENTRE OTROS LOS PROCESOS DE GENERACIÓN DE ESTADÍSTICAS CONFIABLES PARA EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN EN SALUD. DESDE 2020 SE HAN ENVIADO CORREOS Y OFICIOS A LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD DE JALISCO PARA EXHORTAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL LINEAMIENTO CLUES CON EL FIN DE EVITAR ESTAS SITUACIONES.
