EN LA SOLICITUD SEÑALAN QUE LA UNIDAD INICIA OPERACIÓN DESDE EL PASADO 01/06/2023, POR LO CUAL EL ALTA ES REALIZADA CON RETRASO DE 1 AÑO LO CUAL ES INCORRECTO GENERANDO CON ELLO INFORMACIÓN ERRÓNEA E INCORRECTA. NO DAN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA NORMATIVIDAD. ES IMPORTANTE SEÑALAR QUE NO HAY JUSTIFICACIÓN EN EL RETRASO DE LA SOLICITUD YA QUE ESTO AFECTA ENTRE OTROS LOS PROCESOS DE GENERACIÓN DE ESTADÍSTICAS CONFIABLES PARA EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN EN SALUD.
