EN LA SOLICITUD SEÑALAN QUE LA UNIDAD DEJA DE FUNCIONAR DESDE EL PASADO 29/09/2023, POR LO CUAL LA BAJA ES REALIZADA CON RETRASO DE 9 MESES LO CUAL ES INCORRECTO GENERANDO CON ELLO INFORMACIÓN ERRÓNEA E INCORRECTA. NO DAN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA NORMATIVIDAD.
